You can settle a donation of up to 6% of your income in a given year in your annual PIT tax return

People who want to support the foundation in its activities can benefit from a tax deduction:

• If you are a natural person (UoPDOF: Art. 26 Ust. 1 Pkt 9)
• If you are a corporation (UoPDOP: Art. 18. Ust. 1 Pkt 1).

All donations are tax deductible:

• For natural persons, the limit is 6% of income
• For corporations, the limit is 10% of income.

Important! The basis for settlement is the bank's proof of payment of the donation to the account.
